Default Password recovery from Safari

I have a web based email account. When I logged off, I was asked if it should remember my username and password. I clicked yes. Now when I go to the site it automatically opens the mails. I do not have to enter username or password. But it works only in when I use the same computer and same browser (Safari 1.0). Because I have not entered username and password in a long time. I forgot them. I am wondering if there is a way to recover these information from Safari (I guess they are stored somewhere in Safari). It is not in Cookies and I was not able to de-encrypt form data.

Please help

Thanks.. but my email has no retrieval feature. I am not sure if Safari stores user name and passwords in Key chain. I think it stores wither in Cookies or form fill.
