Default Partritioning with boot camp?

I'm new to boot camp and am curious if it I could partrition the 160gb hard drive in my mac like this:

100gb for vista
40gb for Mac OSX

And 20gb in FAT 32 so that any files I put on the fat partrition would be accesible in both OSX and in vista?

If so how do I do it?
