| http://www.apple.com/ipod/ the biggest thing is that the new iPods have incorporated the new click-wheel thats on the iPod mini they got rid of the 15GB; 20GB=$300; 40GB=$400 ($100 less than before), possibly making way for a 60GB $500 iPod the battery life has been extended to 12hours apple = ![]()

| I may be getting one of these soon. It is time for me to own an MP3 player and this looks like the opportunity for it. I was going to get a 20 gig, but the 40 gig comes with a hand-remote, carrying case, and docking station...accessories which would cost more then the difference in the iPod prices alone, making it more worthwhile to get the 40 gig.

| Yeah the 40GB has the best out of box value now (399$ is a steal!) as this version has everything the 499$ version did, except this is smaller and gets better battery life. Way to go on this one Apple!
