Very good idea!

The more the merrier. Everything will run smoother, applications will launch faster, you can multi-task faster, everything will just be better.

it will give a performance increase and things will run better. Look up some benchmarks on the net to see if its worth the upgrade in your situation.

this might be a really stupid question, but what memory should i put in it? can i use regular old sodimms, or do i need special ones designed to work with macs? do they use the same memory??

thanks

i think it runs on DDR 333 so chances are you will be looking for DDR 333 SODIMMS.
