Post A mac Programming Manual?

Anybody find a good MAC OS PPC programming manual yet? I shure need one.

Trying to figure out assembly codes.

Apple probably has one, but you'd have to download XCode, register with the Apple Developer's Connection, and a whole bunch of other stuff to even see if there is one...
