Note that the Mini is a desktop computer. You had mentioned earlier that you wanted a notebook computer, not a desktop.
Also, I'm not entirely sure how good the Mini will be for gaming. The Video accelerator is built-in to the Intel Chipset and uses shared memory so you'll need that 1gb of RAM if you want to play games on OS X.
But, since its the Intel CoreDuo processor, music software will fly at top-speed, and you can even partition your hard drive and install Windows XP if you like.

If you choose to buy the Mini, don't forget that you need to have your own Monitor and USB keyboard/mouse to use since it doesn't come with its own.

Intel's integrated graphics "solutions" = bad for gaming and 3d intensive programs.

Have fun.

Actually, I wouldn't expect the Intel graphics to be so bad. If you're trying to play games with Windows on dual boot, yeah, its gonna suck because most Windows games use Direct X among other 3D formats.
OS X uses OpenGL, Cocoa, and Quartz Extreme.

Then again... I've never used an Intel Mac Mini so I really wouldn't know

Radeon 9200, actually. But compared to the Core Duo model processor wise, it kinda sucks.
