| Hi I'm trying to update itunes on two mac OS 10.4 machines. I download the file, click on setup, it looks like all is well but when I click to go to the store I get a message that it can't connect. further checking indicates that it never updated. then I went directly to the store and tried to update. Looks like things were working and same message as above. 1. I'm running Nortons with the firewall off. 2. I get a message from the machine that a firewall is running. Does OS 10 have a built in firewall? If all else fails, I was going to delete the application and try it from scratch. This may sound incredibly dumb but I can't get the app to delete.
