Ok less than 30 days ago I bought a 20gb ipod photo and didn't know the new 30gb video ipod was coming out. I went to return it cause i really didnt need it anyway and pcrichard's said no, contact ipod. So i said you know what ill do, I will get the ipod repaired and sell it for 400 bucks with skins on ebay cause i saw them selling for that price. So 3 weeks later less than 30 days ago i get it repaired and my parents wont let me sell it on ebay and apple is giving me an issue returning it cause of the store and it was easier to get it repaired. Little did i know they came out with a video ipod. So since its less than 30 days can i trade it in for the 30gb video ipod since there both 300 bucks or just get my money back and sell skins for money and get a new ipod? any ideas how to do this guys?

Its just the issue i bought iphoto less then 30 days ago for 300 bucks, can i trade it in for a 30gb video ipod that also costs 300 bucks that came out 1 week ago?
