I have a 2gb Ipod nano and usually where it shows the volume bar and song length bar for a song it has like 5 blue dots in a row...

Thats the rating image. If you press the select button (the button inside the click wheel) you will scroll through the available options and back around to the volume and song length bars.

That's exactly what it is...it doesn't change it in iTunes for the song though which kind of defeats the purpose of it.

hmmm, i didnt know that. Why do the On-the-go playlists then transfer? Doesnt matter anyways, i never rate any of my songs, ill listen to all of them it seems a waste of time.
