yes. Hardware wise PC's are superior. But software wise Macs are superior (theoretically).

Windows is perfectly fine. What can't you don on OS X compared to windows? For the averager user, who only launches programs, they are both equal. PC is better.

When i said theoretically at the end of the sentence i meant this:

Mac os does have more features, but most users will not even use those feature (or know they exist). Thats why i like Windows. I would run Linux but it doesnt support my games. Dual booting is always an option but i cant be bothered.

I would also run Linux, but no game support. Maybee I'll partition my HDD.

Windows does not crash all of the time like it used too. Everything changed when they began to really use the NT platform ( 2k, XP )

You don't have explorer crashing, and BSOD's all of the time, like what people used to get.
