Wireless Upgrade

I've been having so many connection issues with my wireless network that I'm getting two new products. I want to make sure these products are fully compatible.

PCI Card:

My main question is will they be compatible? Also I would like to know for sure that I will have a 108mbps rate that is stable. I have almost a perfect view of my current router from my room. The most it will have to go through is two doors and maybe some drywall. Can these two products do it? If you have better suggestions I'm open. I just want an internet connection that is constantly stable which is why I'm looking at that external antenna and other external devices.

Spend a little extra and get the SRX True Mimo setup. You won't regret it.
