Wireless disconnects seemingly randomly

So, I'm new here, I'll give this a shot.

I recently upgraded to Panda Internet Security 2008. I like the program, but since the upgrade (done by a professional friend of mine), My wireless disconnects seemingly randomly, then reconnects seconds later.

The problem seems to be worst when visiting myspace or facebook, but I cannot solely narrow it down to either of those sites, it happens at other times too.

I am using a Netgear WG111 USB 2.0 wireless adapter and a Netgear wireless router. They have both worked fine for about 2 years.

Some of the things I have tried already:
-rebooting everything
-reinstalling wireless drivers
-getting help from panda
-using Netgear software instead of windows software to connect

Hello,

If you have other computers on the network, is their connectivity okay?

Also, have you tried uninstalling Panda Internet Security 2008 to see if the problem goes away?

As far as I know, the other computers on the network (one hard-wired, one wi-fi) don't have problems connecting. I have not tried uninstalling, but when I shut down Panda, everything seems to work fine. Is there a way to configure panda more properly?

Have you tried a different location, as if maybe there is something impeding the signal (thick wall, metal, cordless phone, microwave, etc).

I have not changed anything about how it connects. Recently I have tried moving the wifi receiver around, but it has connected fine for two years, I don't know why this is starting now.

Have you updated your drivers or the firmware on the router at all in the 2 years you have used it?

I have updated the drivers for the USB wireless receiver, but not the firmware on the router. The other 2 computers on the network dont seem to have any trouble, which makes me more confused.

Is there anything in my HJT log that looks funny or bad?
