Default Wireless B+

What is Wireless B+ (http://shop1.outpost.com/product/3357722)? Is it worth the extra money? I have an Intel PRO2100 wireless B network card, will it work with B+?

You are basically enhancing the functionality of the B technology. They improved the chipset design, they include a cable diagnostic utility, speeds up to 22MBs now. They are fully compatable with 802.11b products too.
