Default Windows XP Zero Configuration Utility?

As I was attempting to encrypt my wireless network via WAP and I can see that I need to configure my wireless card in Windows XP Zero Configuration Utility (Please reference Microsoft Database and enter Windows XP Zero Configuration Utility ) http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...figuration.asp Can anyone tell me how to install/access this? I have read this post 3 times and cannot figure it out.

This is really simple to setup. I've gone through it so many times though that I just searched for pictures to help you out. Here's actually a really good resource with pictures.

Except, the SSID is NOT "mobilenet" like they state.....and they are also NOT using WEP or any other protection. You will have to just change that to whatever you are using for your own wireless security settings.
