| Exclusion Range in DHCP - say Static addresses or to exclude other subnet addresses from dynamically being assigned. --- Use reservations when you want the same client (mac address of the nic) to always get the same ip address. Sort of like a static address handed out from the DHCP Server. That way you will always know the address of that client, since it has an ip address reservation.
