Vpn???
I want to set up a VPN with a dynamic IP also the other end is dynamic. Can u ppl think of any probs i could,would,might run into???

if the ip changes, then how will you know where to vpn to?

you could leave a im client up on the vpn server host. send an im and then catch the ip by using netstat.

Try Using Dynamic DNS
You can try using Dynamic DNS on both ends. Each computer would have to update a DNS server letting it know what your current IP is. Try this:
http://www.dyndns.org/services/dyndns/
