Default SSH Server Problem

I'm trying to set up a SSH tunnel. At home, I have an Ubuntu machine (server) running sshd. Here, I use PuTTY or MyEntunnel to attempt to create a tunnel (port 80, a good test would be if my local PC connects to the Internet as my home PC). I can access the shell just fine in PuTTY, use nano, make files, use commands, that works fine. The problem is trying to tunnel. MyEntunnel reports "Remote Debug Message: Server has disabled port forwarding" whenever I attempt to connect.

What do I have to add to the sshd configuration to make my server allow port forwarding?
