Default Sharing internet on 2 pc

I just finished building my pc which took me 2 days finally got it done yeahhh, now I am on another mission lol. I want to share my internet with the other pc that I have. there is 2 comp in total. I have 2 network cards on 1 computer and 1 on ther other one and I am not sure how I could share internet and printing and files etc. Is there a simple step by step guide anybody know of? Thanks.

I forgot to mention, the computer with 2 nic's is windows xp pro and the other one is xp home and I have cross over cables.

P2P home networks are hard to keep up and running, believe me, i've tried it. Get a router to share your internet between your two PCs, It will give both your PCs a steady network connection even if one is turned off or restarted.

I agree with beedbaya, getting a router would be the easiest thing to do.

If the router is too pricy, you can always get a crossover cable and connect both computers with it.

Enable internet sharing and file sharing on both PC's.

Again, I would get the router.
