Hi people,

This is for anyone that is experienced with networking and distributed systems.

It isn't a problem allowing computers on a home network to access shared drives.

However my question is, is it possible to allow Internet users outside your home netwrok to access your shared drive? If so, what is involved. I produce music in my spare time and have audio files that i would like other internet users to access simply by sharing my drive.

I do not want them to stream the files or save them either and at some point, i will add video files.

Any thoughtd on this? Thanks.
