setup program

I have a application having setup files and without source code.
The code generates output in sound format. I want
to generate a text file alongwith the sound so that
I can input that text from the text file to another
program.

I think the program is being developed in VC++ because
it is menu driven and there is a MFC32.dll file alongwith
the setup file.

I want to know whether it can be done and what
professional can do it.
