I don't think that is actually possible on the Speedtouch 530, but you are right, I will have to upgrade when I can. As for Bigpond blocking it, that is extremely unlikely as a server application of the same nature I had created about a year ago on the same connection and modem connected perfectly fine. If we are lucky, the problem is in the modem and not the server computer.
