Yeah definitely possible. Go to Windows Explorer and share your C:\ drive (by right-clicking and selecting the sharing tab). Then on the other computer map a network drive by right-clicking My Computer, go to browse, and go to MSHOME I think, your other computer should be there. Click OK and finish and when you open My Computer there should be a new drive, which is the shared drive on the other computer.
That's the way I do it anyway, you can just copy/paste to and from the drives then.
