Default Remote Connection

Im using vista ultimate and would like to be able to remotely connect to a computer (not local) running xp home. What is the best, free way of doing this? Thanks.

CrossLoop has its advantages. I haven't used it in a while but the last time I did they didn't have an easy way to transfer files from the front end. But, it's like what you see in a lot of the different remote connection software pieces. There are benefits to crossloop... it's free! It's built off of a familiar piece and it's easy to setup. So, I can still see using it for family and friends.

But for something more familiar to me (artifact-less) and just going from terminal to terminal or checking the status of certain machines that I have already setup... I'd just prefer Radmin and VNC.
