Please help me: Network problem

I have one problem. We have using 5 system.In main sytem large email was sent. In another 4 system could not send large size email i.e more than 50 kb. the error will shown below

"Your SMTP server has not respond in 60 seconds would you like to wait another 60 seconds for the server to respond"


Main system only connected modem, another 4 system connected through 8 pin connector. Please tell us solution urgently.

Have you done the regular network connectivity tests, like pinging and tracert?

Perhaps a little more details on how your network is set up would help.

All checking is ok. Why this error will shown ie Outlook express problem or ip problem? Or network switch problem all tested ok. how will solve this problem?
