pc wont allow me to view workgroup computers

my pc running xp sp2 wont allow me to view my workgroup pcs, i get an error message asying: " You might not have permission to view this network resource".

my other computer which runs vista can see this computer but it cant access it as it says it has an incorrect domain name but it dosnt. Help would be cool
