Paypal Problem

Has anyone experienced problems with Paypal lately?

I am an Ebay seller and their services are basically corrupt at the moment.

I need to void shipments that are 48 hour case sensitive, and I'm not even able to do that! I'm going to LOSE money, and this sucks.

It looks like it just came back online. I have been trying to pay for a halloween costume and it has been a pain for two days. I was just able to see that my transaction went through.

Don't know, But whatever was wrong with PayPal is fixed now.
