Can I use the windows dialer thing instead of using the NetZero software dialer? If so, how?!?! Thanks for the help, Jeremiah.

Yea you should, I think you just enter the User name, password and the phone number you are dialing to connect.

in internet explorer creat a new connection (Toll->Internet Options->Connections)

then you should be able to use that windows dialer instead
