Networking Question win xp to win xp
I have my computers networked at my home with a router.
My question is-Im going over to a friends to network his to new computers winxp both computers no router, direct connection .Do I use a crossover cable or a regular cable.Thanks Pat S.

From PC to PC you will have to use a crossover cable.

I tried a crossover network cable once and it didn't work. So I bought a hub. And two cables.
