Default Networking Error

Allright I just got this system from my brother when he went outta state so since I am unable to get ahold of him for the next few months I thought id make a post here

Its Windows XP Home but he has taken out everything not required to run windows or keep it secure. It has been updated with SP2.

Allright so the problem is he deleted the network wizard so I am unable to make the network bridge to connect to my secondary system (which of course my burner is on) I am connected thru a D-link router and a 4mb cable line. Is there anyway to manualy make the bridge? If so how would I go about doing it? Thanks.
