Default Network question connecting 6509 cisco switch over a lAN extension

I wanted to connect a Fiber connection to my 6509 switch and this Fiber is connected to another office over a LAN extension network. How should I configure my vlans so all users from this office can connect to all the servers that is on the other office.

Thx.
Steve

What device do you have that is performing your routing between the VLANs?
