1. check and make sure your wireless device is plugged in correctly.
2. plug it in to all ports on your PC to make sure its not a malfunctioning port.
3. plug it in and search for the device on your computer.
4. try connecting to a wireless network.
5. if it says no wireless networks in range then it is either no networks are in your area or your device is not working.
6. if you are using a laptop try moving around and refresh network list and if no networks are found then create one if you have an ISP and a wireless router if you are using a PC then create a wireless network.
System requirements: wireless device, computer, wireless network.
