Default netlogon and sysvol folder location

Can anyone pls enlighten me, where does sysvol and netlogon folder actually locate in the hard disk? And where does network drive located?

These folders should be shared from the %systemroot% on the PDC or BDC.
As for your second question....I really don't understand what you are asking.

ahhhh.....ok. i think that i may know what you are asking by how you are asking it. you are a end user, no?
ok, the sysvol and netlogon folders are logically located on the server that controls your domain that you log into. the hard drive is physically located in that server (those servers) as well.
