So due to some new graduation requirements, I have to do a Junior paper as well as a Senior and some other stuff.

I've choosen to write about Net Neutrality and have been reading up on it. I was wondering what the community here felt about it and what some arguments against it would be because so far I dont really see a lot of reasongs for it to be stopped.
