Monitor computer over the internet.

Hey just wanted to know how to set up something in which i could monitor my computer at home over the internet to my laptop at work. I would like it to be able to mainly tell me any instant message conversations.

Look for UltraVNC (Ultr@ VNC), set up and configure the server on your computer at home. And then run the client at work, and you'll have full remote access.
