Default Mobile Network

How would you define a mobile network? What is the difference between a wireless and Mobile network? Is there a paticular standard that defines a mobile network?
Thanks.

Does this help? Basically, mobile networking uses cellular telephone technology to provide Internet connectivity "everywhere" and allow roaming over a wide area. Wireless networks broadcast in a limited area using a standard, low-power radio signal.

I was thinking more along the lines of a mobile computer network not mobile telephony. If there was a standard to define this set by IETF or any other organisation? Or is it open to interpratation?
thanks
