Exclamation Mapping Network Security Permissions

My Boss have given me the lovely task of mapping out all security permissions in all the shared drives on our 200 user network (10,000 folders!!!)

Does anybody know of a program that automatically maps out all folder permissions (i.e security groups and thier access rights) and puts the information into an easily readable format.

I really do not wish to right click every folder, find the security permissions, then write them all down in excel. I would be there for years! And I don't really want to use the cacls function either, as it doesn't report into an easy format to read.
