Default mapping a home network drive

Here is my situation. I have (2) pc's hooked up tjrough a Linksey's router. I have been through all the networking wizards and I am certain I have everything right, but I can't get my drive mapped on one of my pc's. I have a "new" pc and an "old" pc. I had this up and working and then I decided to reinstall windows on my old machine. I run XP Pro on both. Since installing the fresh install on the old machine I cannot map its drive from my new one. I can map the new pc drive with no problems from the old one, but I cannot map the old drive to the new one. It acts like I am not the admin or something, which I have checked several times and I am. I have all permissions set, I have the use simple file sharing turned off etc. I am using a workgroup name and that matches on both pc's. Can anyone please help me? Thanks

ps the error I am getting says Login failure. User account restriction.

again all permissions etc are set correctly. Plz help

Do you have the same username and password setup on both machines through Computer Management > Users/Groups?
