todd333 Newb Techie Join Date: Aug 2005 Posts: 4	Linksys wusb54gp in monitor mode Anyone know how to put this wireless adapter in monitor mode? I have tried using the few commands i know iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor = failed Im trying to use airsnort in suse 9.3 and i can only sniff packets if i am associatted with an ap. I have tried associationg with the command iwconfig wlan0 essid test just to see if it would work but no luck. any help would be appreciated.
