Unhappy keeping track of bandwidth

I want to calculate my monthly Data transfer rates over my TCP/IP conn. Can anybody suggest a software that can monitor the Data transfer statistics like how many MBs of data was transfered during the whole month etc?

Thanks.

Seven.

I think DU Meter (http://www.dumeter.com) does that.

I use IPCOP firewall that allows you to track usage of all the computers on your network (if you have multiple computers.) Setting up an IPCOP firewall is a little advanced but it is a great way to protect your network as well as keep track of whats going in and out. You can also shape the traffic so if you kids/roommates are hogging all the bandwidth with kazaa or something you can throttle their connection back >:)
