Well NewCents05 in australia most broadband plans have download limits. Most of them are usually like 200mb or 300mb then you have to pay for each additional mb you download. These plans are the cheaper plans mostly around $29.95 AUD but if you want unlimited downloads then you'll have to pay a lot more. My 1500k/256k ADSL plan with unlimited downloads and hours is actually considered one of the best deals at $49.95 AUD.

A cap of course theres a cap, but I am pretty sure that with Cox you get unlimited downloads.

....ignore what I said about the cap. There is a cap on the speed, not on how much you can download.
