Default Internet Blocck...HELP

OK ok here is the story im 16 and my dad hates me staying up all night on the internet play css and ****

Well 1st he tried to turn off my internet access by using a firewall but i hacked the password for the program and that worked for a week till he found out

then all of a sudon BOOM he found this kick asss way to block my inter net and i have no clue how hes doing it

its not the router becasue if i do a direct connect to my PC from the modem it dont work

and it may be the modem but My ps2 is able to go online when i cant get on my PC...but a PS2 dose have a seperate modem so i dont no what to do

And i also asked him to unblock it one night whne i had a friend stay over and he did something on my pc in files or something cuz i saw he had up like My documents


Can Anyone Help?

Ohhh and i want to add My borthers PC he has it set up so it dose the same thing AT 1am and mine Turns of at 12 am

Its most likely being done at the router/firewall.

There isn't an easy way around it (that I can think of) that doesn't involve knowing the password for the router itself.

If he restricted you on the router by ip address of the computer, change the ip. If he restricted you by username log in as a different user.

Sure. But once his dad figures that out he'll do the same and lock it down even tighter.

If you're going to root a system, make sure you can keep access to it without being detected.

Must be a MAC address filtering feature from router and modem..

also try clearing your msconfig he could have a program on the computer to block internet access after a certain time. and scan each process to find out what it is and see if any of them are software that could be what is causing this.

After you have done that we will tell you if hes using software thats installed on your pc and how to remove it.
