| intermittent network problem i have two computers, mine is wireless and runs vista and the other is ethnert and runs XP. the other day i was pleased with my self as at last i was able to print from my computer to the printer which is attached to the ethnert XP computer
then yesterday when i view computers which are in my work group i can see the XP computer but i cannot access it as it says "check the spelling of this computer" but the spelling is definitely correct.
so now i cant access files on the XP computer or print from my Vista computer. is there something i have to do to the router e.g turn off the firewall or open a port etc.
this is a similar model to my router but mine only has one ariel:
oh yeah another thing is when i click on my computer it says "Network Location: and the name of my network" but if i click on the XP computer it dosnt say "Network Location: and the name of my network" Belkin : Wireless G Plus Router
