Go to start, settings, control panel, administrator tools, and then event viewer. The security log should tell you what you need to know.

If this is in connection with your other post, the firewall log might be far more useful, as it is concerned with connections, whereas the windows system log is concerned primarily with errors and the like. How to acsess it depends on the firewall, but it should be easy to find on google.

Of course, the system log should tell you who was logged on when...

the audit logon events policy would have to be turned on. in xp goto admin tools, local security policy, audit policies.
