Default how much to charge

I got myself a job setting up some guys network/computers. basically this is what will have been done when i have finished. Can someone suggest how much to charge? - ignore all hardware costs, and preferably dont go by hourly rate.

* install wireless NIC in PC
* Set up wireless router
* set up laptop and pc to both use wireless network
* set up windows filesharing
* install spyware software
* advise about virus protection
* update windows, virus software
* Setting up AOL software to work with LAN.
* explaining how it all works so that he can maintain it all himself

This is in the UK, but i'm sure prices are similar elsewhere even if they are a different currency. Basically i dont want to take the **** any suggestions; or how much would you be willing to pay for this?

thanks

$150US - and make sure you setup WEP and MAC address filtering. Then explain what you did so they understand its secure.

well looks to me that its about a days/evenings job depending on explaining part which depends of your friend.

i'd say about £100 or a bit less if he buys the beers

Id charge R1000. That is about $150. Then again, if the network gives trouble, charge more.
