slackware05 Newb Techie Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 8	I think this should help: How about start run, type: winchat The GUI for Winchat appears. Click on conversation, then go down to dial dialog box appears prompting for Computer Name enter the computer name for the other PC on the LAN. Then have fun.

LAN Chat Enterprise is very good. Also try Xchat and search download.com for "LAN chat".
