Default How to block specific URLs???

Ok, a mother of a friend of my has asked me to block certain websites, well I have most of them blocked using the hosts file trick I had learned a few years ago. It works great, but, there are certain profiles the mother wants blocked on myspace, and this trick doesn't work. Tried another method using IE but that blocks ALL of myspace. So I was wondering, is there a program that blocks only specific URLs instead of the entire website??? Like it would block only blah.blah.needs blocked that needs to be blocked but not blah.blah.doesnt need blocked...

Please give me ideas that you may have, this is urgent.

You may want to look into parental control software for this. Unless you have a router and are versed in ACL's.
