HELP Instaled WInXP cant get DSL internet conection?

I bought me a new harddrive seagate barracuda 160GB. I instelled WinXP PRO. Now I can't connect to internet, but when I use my old harddrive it's fine. I have DSL and no pppo, so it goes direct. I also have static ip.. Any help out there???

did you see if your new harddrive have the internet card installed?

Eh, it should be harddisk, sorry. So it's no internet

I think what the above post meant was, do you have the network card installed on the XP Pro installation on the 160GB drive.

yea sorry just wanted to ask if he rigth click my computer=propeties=hardware and see if he had any problems there
