HELP! CSS aint working!

Ah! This is so annoying
No idea why, for some reason css files aren't working anymore. Like in deviantart.com or ign.com or thottbot.com everything is stuffed! None of the .css are being applied. No idea why, using Firefox.

Works fine in IE, but IE sucks, lol
I reset all defaults and that didn't help either

Please help,

Reinstall Firefox. i had the same prob on a machine i was working on. reinstalling firefox worked. dont know what causes it.
