I started my new job at blue cross last week and everyone is on a network we are allowed to listen to music is their a way I can acess my Ibook at home from work?? and go into my music Folder At home I have a PC and the Ibook my PC has a Router and my Ibook connects Wirelessly AIRPORT to the Router.

FTP, basicly install a FTP server on your IBook, set up an account/password, make sure port 21 is forwarded and not block if you're behind a router and firewall. Install FTP client on the computer at work. You need to know the IP address that your IBook uses, that would be the ISP ip address.
