I have a store credit... for about $30 (to cover shipping cost to)

I want to buy this:

or should I get this one?

http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?inv...G132-R&cat=NET

either way... this is money I can waste (but only at this site)

does anyone see anything else in that price range thats worth while?

mainly surfing the web... I use my pc at school, and they have t1 lines (and wireless)

I am useing a line... if I buy this I will be able to get on the internet without haveing to run a line to my pc...

I do download some large files occasionally...

and when I go to college (I assume they will have wireless internet)
I will probably be transfering large files...

I will buy the second one... (seems like the better choice)

why do you say that?

54mbps vs. 108mbps... wouldn't the second one be better?

I vote for the latter, D-Link seems to be a pretty good brand and it's like 2 bucks more for 108 Mbps. Is this for a laptop or a desktop?
